Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Every order ships free - no minimums, no membership. Most orders leave our warehouse within one business day and arrive in 2-4 business days.
What is your return policy?
Every product carries a 30-day guarantee. If a formula isn't working for you, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund the order - no return shipping, no restocking fee, no forms.
Are your products third-party tested?
Yes. Every lot of every product is tested by an independent ISO-accredited lab for identity, potency, heavy metals, and microbes before release. Our performance line is additionally screened against the WADA banned-substances list. Details are on our Quality & Testing page.
Are Delphi products safe for drug-tested athletes?
Our performance line (Creatine, Pre-Workout, Electrolytes) is screened lot-by-lot against the WADA list. If your sport runs a strict testing protocol, show your coach or compliance officer the label - full disclosure means there's nothing to hide.
When should I take each product?
Each product page includes a 'How to use' panel. In general: whey after training or as a protein base, creatine any time daily, magnesium in the evening, D3+K2 and the multivitamin with breakfast, omega-3 with a meal, and greens first thing in the morning.
Do any products contain common allergens?
Whey Isolate contains dairy. Omega-3 contains fish. Everything is manufactured in facilities that handle common allergens - each label lists specifics. Collagen, creatine, electrolytes, and the vitamin line are dairy-free.
Where are your products made?
All Delphi Science products are manufactured in the United States in cGMP-certified facilities and third-party tested before release.
Do you offer subscriptions?
Not yet. We're launching with single purchases first; a subscribe-and-save option is on the roadmap. Email us at admin@delphiscience.com and we'll let you know when it opens.
